कांग्रेस गुरुवार को प्रदेश में विभिन्न सरकारी विभागों में हुई भर्तियों में अनियमितता को लेकर प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार पर आक्रामक रही। प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी ने भर्तियों में गड़बड़ी की सीबीआइ अथवा उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश से जांच की मांग को लेकर राजभवन में दस्तक दी।
चहेतों को रेवड़ी की तरह बांटी नौकरियां:
वहीं, प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष करन माहरा ने आरोप लगाया कि विधानसभा में बीते वर्ष हुई 129 भर्तियों में भ्रष्टाचार हुआ है। मंत्रियों और भाजपा नेताओं के चहेतों को रेवड़ी की तरह नौकरियां बांटी गईं।
भर्तियों में भ्रष्टाचार व भाई-भतीजावाद को दिया अंजाम:
प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष करन माहरा के नेतृत्व में पार्टी प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने राजभवन में राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (सेनि) को ज्ञापन सौंपे। ज्ञापन में कहा गया कि भर्तियों में भ्रष्टाचार व भाई-भतीजावाद को अंजाम दिया गया है। आरोप लगाया गया कि आयोग के माध्यम से ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारियों (वीपीडीओ) एवं अन्य पदों के लिए भर्तियों में 15-15 लाख रुपये लेकर पेपर लीक किए गए।
भाजपा सरकार के कार्यकाल में राज्य में फूल-फल रहा भ्रष्टाचार:
भाजपा नेताओं के संरक्षण में यह सब कुछ हुआ। आयोग के पेपर लीक प्रकरण में लगातार गिरफ्तारी से साबित हो गया कि भाजपा सरकार के साढ़े पांच वर्ष के कार्यकाल में राज्य में भ्रष्टाचार फूल-फल रहा है।
संदेह के घेरे में आ गई हैं कई भर्तियां:
स्नातक परीक्षा, सचिवालय रक्षक के 33 पदों व न्यायिक कनिष्ठ सहायक के 288 पदों पर भर्ती की जांच के आदेश से काफी कुछ स्पष्ट हो गया है। इससे फारेस्ट गार्ड, ग्राम पंचायत सचिव, ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारी, एलटी भर्ती सहित कई विभागों की लिपिकीय व चालकों की भर्तियां भी संदेह के घेरे में आ गई हैं। ज्ञापन में कहा गया कि सहकारिता विभाग में विभिन्न पदों पर हुईं भर्तियों में भ्रष्टाचार, भाई-भतीजावाद की पोल खुल चुकी है।
परिणाम पर रोक लगाना भर्ती घोटाले की ओर इशारा:
आरोप लगाया गया कि सहकारी बैंकों में 61 पदों पर हुई भर्तियों में बैंक अध्यक्ष, सचिव व अधिकारियों की मिलीभगत सामने आई है। ज्ञापन में कहा गया कि आयोग की परीक्षा में घपले में सबसे पहले जिस व्यक्ति की गिरफ्तारी हुई, वह उसी कंपनी से जुड़ा है, जिसने विधानसभा सचिवालय के लिए सीधी भर्ती परीक्षा आयोजित की थी। वर्तमान विधानसभा अध्यक्ष की ओर से सीधी भर्ती परीक्षा के परिणाम पर रोक लगाना भर्ती घोटाले की ओर इशारा करता है।
प्रतिनिधिमंडल में पूर्व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष प्रीतम सिंह व गणेश गोदियाल, विधायक फुरकान अहमद, प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष सूर्यकांत धस्माना, राजकुमार, प्रदेश महामंत्री संगठन विजय सारस्वत, कार्यकारी महानगर अध्यक्ष जसविंदर गोगी, गरिमा दसौनी, अमरजीत सिंह व गोदावरी थापली सम्मिलित थे।
विधानसभा में हुई भर्तियों में हुआ बड़ा झोल:
उधर, प्रदेश कांग्रेस कार्यालय राजीव भवन में पत्रकारों से बातचीत में प्रदेश अध्यक्ष करन माहरा ने कहा कि विधानसभा में हुई भर्तियों में बड़ा झोल हुआ है। कैबिनेट मंत्री व पूर्व विधानसभा अध्यक्ष प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल को निशाने पर लेते हुए उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि विधानसभा में बड़े-बड़े नेताओं के चहेतों को रेवड़ी की तरह नौकरियां बांटी गई हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश देश का सबसे बड़ा राज्य है, लेकिन वहां विधानसभा में भी मात्र 543 कर्मचारी-अधिकारी कार्यरत हैं। उत्तराखंड की 70 सीट वाली विधानसभा में कर्मचारियों की संख्या 560 पार कर गई है।
कैबिनेट मंत्रियों के पीआरओ को नौकरी देने का आरोप:
माहरा ने कहा कि जिन व्यक्तियों को नौकरियां मिली हैं, उनकी पृष्ठभूमि पर भी सवालिया निशान लग रहे हैं। 129 नियुक्तियों में ज्यादातर की सफेदपोशों के साथ निकटता है। उन्होंने कहा कि पूर्व कैबिनेट मंत्री और पूर्व भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मदन कौशिक के जन संपर्क अधिकारी (पीआरओ), कैबिनेट मंत्री रेखा आर्या के पीआरओ, भाजपा महामंत्री संगठन अजेय कुमार के पीआरओ व मुख्यमंत्री के दो विशेष कार्याधिकारियों की पत्नी नौकरी पाने वालों में सम्मिलित हैं।
