हल्द्वानी में स्थायी निवास प्रमाण पत्र में फर्जीवाड़े का खुलासा होने पर जिला प्रशासन सख्त हो गया है। डीएम ने पिछले पांच वर्षों में जारी प्रमाण पत्रों की जांच के आदेश दिए हैं। कुमाऊं आयुक्त की जांच में बाहरी लोगों के गलत प्रमाण पत्र बनने की बात सामने आई थी, जिसके बाद सीएम धामी ने भी कड़ी कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। एसडीएम हल्द्वानी ने जांच शुरू कर दी है।
गलत प्रमाण पत्रों से स्थायी निवास प्रमाण पत्र बनाने के रैकेट का भंडाफोड़ होने के बाद जिला प्रशासन भी सख्त हो गया है। डीएम ललित मोहन रयाल ने सभी उपजिलाधिकारियों को पांच वर्षों में बने स्थायी निवास प्रमाण पत्रों की जांच के निर्देश दिए हैं।इसमें किसी तरह की गड़बड़ी पाए जाने पर सीधे प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने को कहा गया है।
13 नवंबर को कुमाऊं आयुक्त दीपक रावत की ओर से बनभूलपुरा में जांच की थी। उन्होंने पाया था कि अरायजनवीस फैजान मिकरानी की ओर से गलत तरीके से किसी और के दस्तावेज से बाहरी लोगों के स्थायी निवास प्रमाण पत्र बनाए बना दिए गए हैं। इसके बाद से ही पूरा प्रशासनिक व पुलिस तंत्र सक्रिय हो गया।
शुक्रवार को सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने भी खबर का संज्ञान लेते हुए फर्जी दस्तावेज बनाने वालों के खिलाफ कड़ी कारवाई के निर्देश दिए। इसके लिए उन्होंने गृह सचिव शैलेश बगौली को नैनीताल जिले अलावा हरिद्वार, नैनीताल, उधम सिंह नगर और देहरादून में सख्ती से जांच करने को निर्देशित किया है।
इस प्रकरण में डीएम रयाल ने बताया कि सभी उपजिलाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि पांच वर्षों में बने दस्तावेजों की गहनता से जांच की जाए। जिन क्षेत्रों में अधिक संख्या में प्रमाण पत्र बनते हैं, उन स्थानों की पहले जांच की जाए। इसके बाद एसडीएम हल्द्वानी राहुल साह ने जांच शुरू कर दी है।
