उत्तराखंड में आज मंगलवार से नई शिक्षा नीति लागू हो जाएगी। शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने बताया कि इसके तहत कक्षाएं प्री प्राइमरी से ही शुरू होंगी। एससीईआरटी ने इसका पाठ्यक्रम तैयार किया है।
प्री प्राइमरी कक्षाओं को विभाग ने बाल वाटिका नाम दिया है। शिक्षा महानिदेशालय में सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी बाल वाटिकाओं का उद्घाटन कर नई शिक्षा नीति (एनईपी) का शुभारंभ करेंगे। इसके साथ ही उत्तराखंड एनईपी लागू करने वाला देश का पहला राज्य बन जाएगा।
शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि पहले चरण में प्राथमिक स्कूलों में चल रहे पांच हजार आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों में बाल वाटिकाओं का संचालन शुरू होगा। विकासखंड स्तर पर क्षेत्रीय विधायक एवं स्थानीय जन प्रतिनिधियों की मौजूदगी में चिह्नित आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों में बाल वाटिकाओं का शुभारंभ किया जाएगा। इसमें शिक्षाविद्, अभिभावक एवं छात्र-छात्राएं भी मौजूद रहेंगे।
उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद की ओर से आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं एवं शिक्षकों के लिए हस्तपुस्तिका, बच्चों के लिए स्वास्थ्य, संवाद और सृजन नाम की तीन अभ्यास पुस्तिकाएं तैयार की गई हैं। मंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश में राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति- 2020 लागू किए जाने को लेकर विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग की ओर से सभी तैयारियां पूरी कर ली गई है। बाल वाटिका कक्षाओं के शुभारंभ के अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री प्रारंभिक शिक्षा निदेशालय के नव निर्मित भवन का लोकार्पण भी करेंगे। इसके साथ ही एससीईआरटी के भवन का शिलान्यास भी किया जाएगा।
एनईपी में प्री प्राइमरी से शुरू होंगी कक्षाएं:
शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने बताया कि प्रदेश के प्राथमिक स्कूल परिसर में 4447 आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र चल रहे हैं। इन केंद्रों में प्री प्राइमरी से कक्षाओं को शुरू कर छात्र-छात्राओं को कक्षा एक के लिए तैयार किया जाएगा। शिक्षा विभाग की ओर से प्री प्राइमरी को बालवाटिका नाम दिया गया है। विभाग की ओर से इसके लिए अगल से पाठ्यक्रम तैयार किया गया है।
20 हजार से अधिक हैं आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र:
उत्तराखंड में 20 हजार 67 आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्र मंजूर हैं। इसमें से 20 हजार 17 आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र संचालित किए जा रहे हैं। इन केंद्रों में 14555 आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता तैनात हैं। इसके अलावा आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में 14249 सहायिकाएं एवं 4941 मिनी आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्रियां नियुक्त हैं।
