इस पत्र में विधायकों से कहा गया है कि सभी अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र की आवश्यक विकास योजनाओं के प्रस्ताव दें। शासन स्तर पर राज्य के आर्थिक संसाधनों की व्यवस्था के अनुसार योजनाओं को उपयुक्तता पर विधायकों से चर्चा की जाएगी और इन योजनाओं को धरातल पर उतारने का कार्य किया जाएगा।
भाजपा ने भी मुख्यमंत्री की इस पहल का स्वागत किया है। पार्टी के प्रदेश मीडिया प्रभारी मनवीर सिंह चौहान ने मुख्यमंत्री के इस कदम को राज्य के विकास में मील का पत्थर बताया है। उन्होंने कहा कि कहा कि इस फैसले से राज्य का समवेशी विकास होगा और विकास की गति तेज होगी।
