मनसा देवी श्यामपुर में एक श्रद्धांजलि कार्यक्रम के दौरान काबीना मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल और पूर्व काबीना मंत्री हरक सिंह रावत का आमना सामना हो गया।
त्यागपत्र मांगने के सवाल पर अग्रवाल ने हरक सिंह को टोका, हरक सिंह ने जवाब दिया जब वह मंत्री रहते हुए नैतिकता के आधार पर त्यागपत्र दे सकते हैं तो उन्हें ऐसा करने में क्या परहेज है। इस बात को लेकर दोनों में नोकझोंक भी हुई।

मनसा देवी गुमानीवाला में आयोजित श्रद्धांजलि कार्यक्रम में काबीना मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल शामिल हुए थे। इस बीच पूर्व काबीना मंत्री हरक सिंह रावत भी वहां पहुंच गए। सामान्य भेंट होने के बाद काबीना मंत्री अग्रवाल ने हरक सिंह को इस बात पर टोका कि वह बार-बार क्यों उनसे त्यागपत्र की मांग कर रहे हैं।

प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के मुताबिक हरक सिंह का कहना था कि जब मैं मंत्री था तो मैंने भी नैतिकता के आधार पर मंत्री पद से इस्तीफा दिया था। अग्रवाल का कहना था वह तो जैनी प्रकरण था।
हरक ने जवाब दिया कि जैनी प्रकरण भी उनके खिलाफ एक षड्यंत्र था, लेकिन फिर भी उन्होंने नैतिकता के आधार पर मंत्री पद छोड़ दिया था, जबकि वह 30 साल से मंत्री रहे हैं। इस बात पर अग्रवाल ने जवाब दिया कि क्या वह उन्हें 30 दिन भी मंत्री नहीं रहने देना चाहते। यह नोकझोंक चर्चा का विषय बनी रही।
विधानसभा भर्ती घोटाले में सरकार का दिखा दोहरा चरित्र:
वहीं ऋषिकेश के प्रताप नगर क्षेत्र से कांग्रेस के विधायक विक्रम सिंह नेगी ने विधानसभा भर्ती घोटाले में राज्य सरकार को घेरा है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने जब विधानसभा भर्तियों को निरस्त कर दिया तो भर्ती देने वाले को अभी तक क्यों मंत्री मंडल में शामिल किया हुआ है।
इससे भाजपा सरकार का दोहरा चरित्र आमजन के सामने आ गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार को तत्काल प्रभाव से काबीना मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल मंत्रिमंडल से हटा देना चाहिए।
युवा न्याय संघर्ष समिति के मंडी तिराहा के समीप चल रहे धरने को संबोधित करते हुए प्रतापनगर विधायक नेगी ने कहा कि आज पूरे प्रदेश में कानून व्यवस्था लचर है। सरकार वनन्तरा हत्याकांड में शामिल आरएसएस से जुड़े नेता के परिवार के लोगों को बचाने का काम कर रही है।
उन्होंने कहा कि वीआइपी के नामों उजागर करने में भी अब तक कोई कदम नहीं उठाया गया है। ऐसी घटनाओं से पूरा प्रदेश पीड़ित है। चाहे वह उत्तरकाशी के केदार सिंह, कुमाऊं के जगदीश की मौत की घटना सभी में पुलिस प्रशासन फेल साबित हुआ है।
शिक्षाविद हिमांशु रावत ने कहा के सरकार युवा विरोधी है जो छात्रों को अवसाद की ओर धकेल रही है और आत्मदाह के लिए मजबूर कर रही है अगर सरकार ने सुध ना ली तो इसके गंभीर परिणाम सामने आएंगे।
