प्रदेश के सरकारी विद्यालयों में पढ़ाई और अन्य गतिविधियां सुचारू रखने के लिए शिक्षकों के रिक्त 2300 समेत कुल 5300 पदों को शीघ्र भरा जाएगा। शिक्षकों के रिक्त पदों पर अतिथि शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति की जाएगी। आउटसोर्सिंग के माध्यम से विद्यालयों में चतुर्थ श्रेणी के रिक्त तीन हजार पदों को भरा जाएगा।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रिक्त पदों को शीघ्र भरने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि बालिका शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने को हर जिले में राजीव गांधी नवोदय विद्यालय की तर्ज पर आवासीय बालिका विद्यालयों की स्थापना की जाए।
नवीं से 12वीं कक्षा तक छात्रों को को निश्शुल्क पाठ्यपुस्तकें:
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को सचिवालय में विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने कहा कि अगले शैक्षिक सत्र से प्रदेश के सभी सरकारी और सहायताप्राप्त अशासकीय विद्यालयों में नवीं से 12वीं कक्षा तक सभी छात्र-छात्राओं को निश्शुल्क पाठ्यपुस्तकें दी जाएंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि क्षतिग्रस्त स्कूल भवनों अविलंब मरम्मत की जाए।
अवकाश पर चल रहे शिक्षकों के स्थान पर हो वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था:
उन्होंने अधिकारियों को भर्ती प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करने वाले शिक्षकों को नियुक्ति देने को कहा। चिकित्सा व बाल देखभाल के लिए लंबे अवकाश पर चल रहे शिक्षकों के स्थान पर वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था की जाए, ताकि कक्षाएं बाधित न हों। प्रधानाचार्य, प्रवक्ता एवं सहायक अध्यापकों के रिक्त पदों का अधियाचन शीघ्र राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग को भेजने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। बीआरपी व सीआरपी के रिक्त 950 शीघ्र भरने को कहा गया।
समय-समय पर विद्यालयों की व्यवस्था का करें निरीक्षण:
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि शिक्षा एवं अन्य व्यवस्था में गुणात्मक सुधार के लिए आइएएस, आइपीएस एवं आइएफएस समेत विभागीय अधिकारी समय-समय पर विद्यालयों की व्यवस्था का निरीक्षण करें। इसके लिए रोस्टर बनाया जाए। शिक्षा व्यवस्था की गतिविधियां एवं स्थानांतरण की पूरी प्रक्रिया आनलाइन करने के सख्त निर्देश दिए गए। शिक्षकों को चिकित्सा प्रतिपूर्ति और सेवानिवृत्त पर जीपीएफ भुगतान समय पर करने के निर्देश उन्होंने दिए।
यूडाइस पोर्टल पर डाटा अपडेट करने के निर्देश:
शिक्षा मंत्री डा धन सिंह रावत ने परफारमेंस ग्रेडिंग इंडेक्स रिपोर्ट से संबंधित यूडाइस पोर्टल पर डाटा अपडेट करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि इस कार्य में लापरवाही करने वालों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में प्रवक्ता व वरिष्ठ प्रवक्ताओं के रिक्त पदों को शीघ्र भरने को कहा। बैठक में अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी, सचिव आर मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, रविनाथ रामन, एसएन पांडेय, शिक्षा महानिदेशक बंशीधर तिवारी, अपर सचिव योगेंद्र यादव समेत कई अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
