मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सभी जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि चारधाम यात्रा से पहले सभी तैयारियों को पूरा कर लिया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा का विशेष ध्यान रख रही है। सुगम और सुरक्षित चारधाम यात्रा की नियमित समीक्षा भी की जा रही है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गुरुवार को सचिवालय स्थित राज्य आपातकालीन परिचालन केंद्र में चारधाम यात्रा के सफल संचालन को राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण द्वारा आयोजित टेबल टाप माक अभ्यास कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लिया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर चमोली, रुद्रप्रयाग एवं उत्तरकाशी के जिलाधिकारियों से यात्रा के संबंध में की जा रही तैयारियों की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा कि आपदा प्रबंधन की दृष्टि से यात्रा शुरू होने से पूर्व किए गए माक अभ्यास से केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार के विभिन्न संस्थानों के बीच समन्वय बढ़ेगा।
वहीं, माक अभ्यास के बाद सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन डा रंजीत कुमार सिन्हा ने आग से होने वाली आपदाओं से निपटने के लिए पेयजल विभाग द्वारा विभिन्न स्थानों पर बनाए गए वाटर टैंक को दुरुस्त करने के लिए तत्काल डीपीआर बनाकर शासन को भेजने के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने आपदा प्रबंधन में सुधार के लिए जल्द ही साइलेंट माक एक्सरसाइज कराने की भी बात कही। इस दौरान बताया गया कि राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण ने चारधाम यात्रा के सफल संचालन तथा आपदा प्रबंधन के लिए आपदा राहत तंत्र में बदलाव तथा सभी प्रभावित संस्थाओं के बीच प्रभावी समन्वय का सुझाव दिया है।
साथ ही आपदा प्रबंधन कार्य में आधुनिकतम तकनीक, ड्रोन का उपयोग, सभी संसाधनों की जीआइएस मैपिंग के साथ ही अस्पतालों द्वारा भी प्रभावी आपदा प्रबंधन योजना बनाने की बात कही गई।
कार्यक्रम में सचिव दिलीप जावलकर, डा आर राजेश कुमार, महानिरीक्षक एसडीआरएफ रिद्धिम अग्रवाल, एनडीएमए के सदस्य मेजर जनरल सुधीर बहल और आइआरएस विशेषज्ञ वीबी गणनायक समेत अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
