पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री व वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता हरीश रावत ने बेरोजगार युवाओं पर लाठीचार्ज प्रकरण में प्रदेश सरकार को आड़े हाथ लिया। उन्होंने इस प्रकरण को दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बताते सरकार को जिम्मेदार ठहराया।
उन्होंने भाजपा की ओर से कांग्रेस पर राजनीति करने के आरोपों को सकारात्मक रूप से लेते हुए इसका अर्थ सही दिशा में जाना बताया। साथ ही चेतावनी दी कि यदि बेरोजगार युवाओं पर दर्ज किए गए मुकदमे वापस नहीं लिए गए तो वे अनशन पर बैठ जाएंगे।
हरीश रावत ने भाजपा सरकार को खरी-खोटी सुनाई:
कांग्रेस भवन में पत्रकारों से बातचीत के दौरान हरीश रावत ने भाजपा सरकार को खरी-खोटी सुनाई। उन्होंने कहा कि बेरोजगार युवा अपना हक मांग रहे हैं। उन्हें नौकरी चाहिए, वह भी परीक्षा देकर।
युवा सरकार से कोई खैरात नहीं मांग रहे। साथ ही उन पर पुलिस का लाठीचार्ज बेहद निंदनीय है, जिसमें उचित कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए। हरीश रावत ने कहा कि भर्ती घोटालों में पूर्व में पकड़े गए आरोपितों को कड़ी सजा दी जाए।
भाजपा सरकार के संरक्षण में आरोपित जमानत लेकर बाहर घूम रहे हैं। युवाओं का भविष्य खराब करने वालों को बख्शा नहीं जाना चाहिए। हाईकोर्ट के सिटिंग जज की अध्यक्षता में कमेटी गठित कर इस प्रकार के प्रकरण की जांच होनी चाहिए।
उन्होंने बेरोजगार युवाओं को गिरफ्तार कर जेल में डाले जाने की भी निंदा की और दर्ज मुकदमे वापस लेने की मांग उठाई। साथ ही आगामी भर्तियों में इस प्रकार की धांधली की आशंका जताते हुए कहा कि भाजपा सरकार इस बात की गारंटी दे कि आगामी परीक्षाओं में कोई गड़बड़ी नहीं होगी।
सड़क पर उतरी कांग्रेस, पुलिस से नोकझोंक:
बेरोजगार युवाओं पर पुलिस की कार्रवाई के विरोध में कांग्रेस का प्रदर्शन जारी है। शनिवार को लगातार दूसरे दिन कांग्रेसियों ने सरकार के विरुद्ध नारेबाजी करते हुए पुलिस मुख्यालय कूच किया। हालांकि, पुलिस ने उन्हें बीच रास्ते में ही रोक दिया। इसको लेकर पुलिस और कांग्रेसियों के बीच जमकर नोकझोंक हुई।
प्रदेश अध्यक्ष करन माहरा, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत और विधानसभा के उप नेता भुवन कापड़ी के नेतृत्व में पार्टी के कार्यकर्त्ता कांग्रेस भवन में एकत्रित हुए। यहां से दोपहर करीब सवा एक बजे उन्होंने सुभाष रोड स्थित पुलिस मुख्यालय कूच किया। सेंट जोजफ्स तिराहे पर बैरिकेडिंग लगाकर पुलिस ने प्रदर्शनकारियों को रोक दिया।
इससे गुस्साए कुछ प्रदर्शनकारियों ने पुलिस से धक्का-मुक्की शुरू कर दी। जब प्रदर्शनकारी आगे नहीं निकल पाए तो वहीं धरने पर बैठ गए और नारेबाजी करने लगे। इससे सड़क जाम हो गई। यातायात व्यवस्था बिगड़ती देख पुलिस ने कुछ नेताओं को हिरासत में लेकर जबरन उठाया और सड़क खाली कराई।
इस दौरान प्रदेश अध्यक्ष करन माहरा ने कहा कि प्रदेश के बेरोजगार नौजवान:
सरकार से केवल रोजगार चाहते हैं। वह चाहते हैं कि भर्ती परीक्षाएं पारदर्शी तरीके से कराई जाएं। भर्ती परीक्षाओं में हुए घोटालों की हाई कोर्ट के जज की निगरानी में सीबीआइ जांच करवाई जाए। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत ने कहा कि धामी सरकार प्रचंड बहुमत के अहंकार में है।
वह न तो बेरोजगारों की आवाज सुनना चाहती है और न विपक्ष की ही। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार भ्रष्टाचार का पर्याय बन चुकी है। विधायक हरीश धामी, महानगर अध्यक्ष डा. जसविंदर सिंह गोगी, प्रवक्ता गरिमा माहरा दसौनी, उपाध्यक्ष संगठन मथुरा दत्त जोशी, महामंत्री संगठन विजय सारस्वत, गोदावरी थापली, हेमा पुरोहित, पुष्पा पंवार, विरेंद्र पोखरियाल आदि ने भी कार्यकर्त्ताओं को संबोधित किया।
