विधानसभा में पिछले दरवाजे हुई नियुक्तियों की जांच की मांग कर रहे लोगों को अब विधानसभा अध्यक्ष के दिल्ली से लौटने का इंतजार है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की सिफारिश के बाद अब विधानसभा में हुई करीब 231 विवादित नियुक्तियों पर तलवार लटक गई है। विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ऋतु खंडूड़ी भूषण इन सभी विवादित नियुक्तियों की जांच के आदेश दे सकती हैं। पिछले दरवाजे हुई नियुक्तियों की जांच की मांग कर रहे लोगों को अब विधानसभा अध्यक्ष के दिल्ली से लौटने का इंतजार है। इस बीच प्रदेश भाजपा अध्यक्ष महेंद्र भट्ट ने भी कहा कि यदि गड़बड़ी हुई है तो दूध का दूध पानी का पानी हो जाना चाहिए।
दो कार्यकाल की अस्थायी नियुक्तियां हैं निशाने पर:
कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष प्रीतम सिंह ने बेशक विधानसभा के गठन से लेकर अब तक वहां हुई सभी भर्तियों की जांच का मुद्दा उठाया है लेकिन जांच के निशाने पर दो पूर्व स्पीकरों के कार्यकाल की अस्थायी नियुक्तियां हैं। इनमें 158 नियुक्तियां वर्ष 2016 में हुईं तब विधानसभा अध्यक्ष गोविंद सिंह कुंजवाल थे। उनके बाद दिसंबर 2021 में तत्कालीन विधानसभा अध्यक्ष प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल के कार्यकाल में करीब 73 पदों पर नियुक्तियां दी गईं।
कांग्रेस को कुंजवाल कार्यकाल में भर्ती चहेतों के बाहर होने का डर:
विधानसभा की विवादित नियुक्तियों की जांच के मामले में भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष महेंद्र भट्ट ने कांग्रेस पर तंज किया कि वह अपनी राजनीतिक छिछल्लेदारी से बचने के लिए आंदोलन का ढोंग कर रही है। उसे डर सता रहा है कि जांच में पूर्व स्पीकर कुंजवाल के कार्यकाल में भर्ती हुए चहेते बाहर हो जाएंगे।
धामी के प्रति विश्वास कांग्रेस को हजम नहीं हो रहा:
भट्ट ने कहा कि अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग की स्नातक स्तरीय परीक्षा के पेपर लीक मामले में एसटीएफ की सटीक और निर्णायक कार्रवाई से जनता में धामी सरकार के प्रति बढ़ा विश्वास कांग्रेस को हजम नहीं हो रहा है। कांग्रेस ने अपने कार्यकाल में भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की। अब वह आंदोलन का स्वांग रचा रही है।
अब हो रहा स्पीकर का इंतजार:
मुख्यमंत्री की चिट्ठी के बाद अब सबको विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ऋतु खंडूड़ी भूषण के आने का इंतजार है। उनके शनिवार को देहरादून लौटने की संभावना जताई जा रही है। माना जा रहा है कि ऋतु मीडिया से मुखातिब होंगी और विवादित नियुक्तियों और इन नियुक्तियों पर मुख्यमंत्री के पत्र पर अपना रुख साफ करेंगी। संभावना जताई जा रही है कि वह विवादित नियुक्तियों की उच्चस्तरीय जांच का निर्णय ले सकती हैं।
