प्रदेश के कृषि एवं कृषक कल्याण मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने मीडिया को जारी बयान में कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के कुशल निर्देशन में 24 अप्रैल से प्रारम्भ होने जा रही चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान यात्रा मार्गो में स्थापित राजकीय फल संरक्षण केन्द्रों को प्रातः 06 बजे से रात्रि 10 तक खोले जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है।
कृषि एवं कृषक कल्याण मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि यात्रा के दौरान प्रदेश तथा प्रदेश के बाहर से आने वाले यात्रियों की सुविधा के लिए किसानों, उद्यमियों और स्वयं सहायता समूहों द्वारा निर्मित उत्पादों को विक्रय के लिए रखा जाऐगा। जिसमें मुख्य रुप से बुरॉश जूस, माल्टा जूस, हिन्सार जूस, ऑवला जूस, शहद, मशरूम, कैण्डी आदि सम्मिलित हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि हार्टिकल्चर मिशन फॉर नार्थ ईस्ट एण्ड हिमालयन स्टेट एवं प्रधानमंत्री सूक्ष्म खाद्य उद्यम उन्नयन योजनाओं (पीएमएफएमई) के माध्यम से यह कार्य किया जाऐगा। मंत्री ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री धामी के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश सरकार ने किसानों और स्वयं सहायता समूहों की आय में बढ़ोतरी के लिए भरसक प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं और सरकार किसानों की आय दौगुनी करने के लिए प्रयासरत हैं।
मंत्री ने बताया कि इस निर्णय के सफल क्रियान्यवन के लिए उद्यान विभाग के उपनिदेशक रैंक के अधिकारी को नोडल बनाया गया है ताकि यात्रियों को सुगमता से स्थानीय उत्पाद मिल सकें। चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान कुल 12 वितरण केन्द्र स्थापित होंगे, जिसमें हरिद्वार में 01, देहरादून में 02, टिहरी में 02, रूद्रप्रयाग में 02, चमोली में 02, उत्तरकाशी में 02 एवं पौड़ी में 01 वितरण केन्द्र की स्थापना की जायेगी। इसके लिए नियुक्ति अधिकारियों की तैनाती दो पालियों में की जायेगी। प्रतिदिन की सूचनाओं का संकलन कर डेशबोर्ड के माध्यम से उद्यान निदेशालय को अप्डेट किया जाऐगा।
उन्होनें बताया कि जनपदीय एवं विभागीय स्तर पर चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान यात्रा मार्गो में स्थापित वितरण केन्द्र सम्बन्धी कार्यो के निर्वहन हेतु अलग-अलग विभागीय समितियों का भी गठन किया गया है। जिससे कि यात्रा मार्ग में आने-जाने वाले यात्री प्रसंस्कृत उत्पादों तक आसानी से पहुँचा जा सके। चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान यात्रा मार्ग में स्थापित राजकीय फल संरक्षण केन्द्रों को प्रदेश तथा प्रदेश के बाहर आने वाले यात्रियों की सुविधा हेतु सम्बन्धित जनपदीय अधिकारी अपने जनपद में प्रवेश, मध्य एवं निकासी द्वार पर फ्लैक्स, होल्डिंग स्थापित किये जायेगें, साथ ही राष्ट्रीय/राज्य स्तरीय में मुख्य समाचार पत्रों के माध्यम से आमजन की सूचना हेतु प्रकाशन किया जाएगा। साथ ही एफ0एम0 रेडियो के विभिन्न चैनलों, सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफार्म पर प्रचार प्रसार किया जाएगा।
