अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी को राष्ट्रपति, उप राष्ट्रपति, प्रधानमंत्री, लोक सभा, राज्य सभा व भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रीगण अन्य राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्री एवं उच्च स्तरीय पदाधिकारियों समन्वय रखने व IPS अवस्थापना से जुड़े अहम कार्य सौंपे गए हैं।
विशेष प्रमुख सचिव अभिनव कुमार को विभिन्न विकास एवं शासकीय कार्यों का विभिन्न मीडिया तंत्र (यथा इलैक्ट्रॉनिक, प्रिंट, सोशल आदि) के माध्यम से बृहद प्रचार-प्रसार से संबंधित कार्य सौंपे गए हैं।
गृह विभाग के अन्तर्गत आई०पी०एस० की स्थापना (पदोन्नति / तैनाती) सम्बन्धी कार्यों को छोड़कर अन्य समस्त कार्य, आपदा प्रबन्धन, संस्कृति एवं धर्मस्व, खादी ग्रामोद्योग, जनगणना, पुनर्गठन भाषा, सूचना एवं जन सम्पर्क विभाग, अभिसूचना, प्रोटोकॉल, राज्य सम्पत्ति, खेल एवं युवा कल्याण आयुष एवं आयुष शिक्षा विभाग भी सौंपा गया है।
सचिव आर मीनाक्षी सुंदरम को विवेकाधीन कोष से संबंधित कार्यभार देखेंगे। साथ ही पीडब्ल्यूडी नागरिक उड्डयन ऊर्जा से जुड़ी सभी फाइलें व सौंपे गए कार्य वे समय समय पर सीएम के पास ले जाएंगी।
सचिव शैलेश बगौली को नगर विकास आवास वित्त और गोपनीय मंत्री पद से जुड़े समस्त दायित्व और फाइलों का जिम्मा सौंपा गया है। वही प्रभारी सचिव एसएन (SN) पांडे को सीएम (CM) की घोषणा और बैठकों में लिए गए फैसले के अनुरूप कार्य करेंगे और साथ ही कार्मिक सचिवालय प्रशासन की फाइलों को वह सीएम के सामने पेश करेंगे।
राधा के लिंक अफसर अभिनव, अभिनव के मीनाक्षी-मीनाक्षी के शैलेश बगौली-शैलेश के एसएन पांडे-एसएन के शैलेश होंगे। एक-दूसरे की गैर मौजूदगी में ये अफसर एक-दूसरे का कार्य संभालेंगे।
