उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत ने उच्च शिक्षा निदेशालय की समीक्षा बैठक ली। जिसमें अधिकारियों को अगले सत्र से नई शिक्षा नीति के तहत शैक्षणिक सत्र चलाने निर्देश दिए। साथ ही कहा कि गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा देने के लिए महाविद्यालयों में 40 विद्यार्थियों को एक शिक्षक पढ़ाएगा।
मंगलवार को गौलापार स्थित उच्च शिक्षा निदेशालय में आयोजित बैठक में डा. रावत ने कहा कि विद्यार्थियों की फीस उन्हीं के काम आनी चाहिए। उन्होंने रिक्त पदों पर शीघ्र नियुक्ति का आदेश जारी किया और निदेशालय स्तर पर पदों में वृद्धि के प्रस्ताव तैयार करने को कहा। साथ ही नव सृजित महाविद्यालयों में भूमि हस्तांतरण में देरी पर नाराजगी जताई और शीघ्र जमीन हस्तांतरण की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करने के आदेश दिए।
पदोन्नति छोडऩे पर दोबारा मौका नहीं मिलेगा:
मंत्री डा. रावत ने कहा कि जो भी शिक्षक पदोन्नति का त्याग करेगा, उसे दोबारा मौका नहीं दिया जाएगा। उन्होंने तृतीय श्रेणी के रिक्त पद आउट सोर्स से भरने को कहा और साथ ही स्थानांतरण नीति का भी ईमानदारी से पालन करने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में निदेशक उच्च शिक्षा डा. एसके शर्मा, संयुक्त निदेशक डा. एएस उनियाल, उपनिदेशक डा. आरएस भाकुनी, उपनिदेशक डा. राजीव रतन, सहायक निदेशक डा. गोविंद पाठक, डा. प्रेम प्रकाश आदि मौजूद रहे।
चिकित्सा शिक्षा मंत्री ने एसटीएच का किया निरीक्षण:
भाजपा की प्रदेश कार्यसमिति की बैठक में शामिल होने पहुंचे चिकित्सा शिक्षा मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत ने छह जून की रात डा. सुशीला तिवारी अस्पताल का निरीक्षण किया। इसके बाद सात जून को दिन में डाक्टरों की बैठक ली और समस्याएं सुनी। डा. रावत ने रात मरीजों का हाल जाना। इलाज के बारे में जानकारी ली। साथ ही इमरजेंसी में व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त किए जाने केा लेकर प्राचार्य प्रो. अरुण जोशी को निर्देशित किया। इसके बाद कालेज सभागार में आयोजित बैठक में डा. रावत ने अधूरे कार्यों को पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए। कालेज प्रशासन ने बांड खत्म करने का अनुरोध किया। इस पर रावत ने कहा कि इस पर सरकार विचार करेगी।
