मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को राजपुर रोड स्थित स्थानीय होटल में दैनिक जागरण के 25 वर्ष पूर्ण होने के अवसर पर आयोजित जागरण एक्सलेंस अवार्ड 2022 कार्यक्रम में स्वास्थ्य शिक्षा उद्योग समाज सेवा आदि क्षेत्रों में सराहनीय योगदान देने वाले लोगों को सम्मानित किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सम्मानित होने वाले लोग समाज हित में व्यक्ति नही संस्था की तरह है। उन्होंने इस प्रकार के आयोजन को समाज को दिशा देने के साथ संस्कार और संस्कृति से परिचित कराने वाला बताया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि 3 साल बाद जब उत्तराखण्ड 25 वर्ष की यात्रा पूर्ण करेगा तब हमारा राज्य देश के अग्रणी राज्यों में शामिल हो इसमें सबकी भागीदारी होगी। उत्तराखण्ड के विकास की यात्रा हम सबकी है, इस दिशा में हम सबकी भूमिका भी बढ़ जाती है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश में एक नई कार्य संस्कृति एवं कार्य व्यवहार आया है। हम उत्तराखण्ड में भी कार्यसंस्कृति में सुधार ला रहे हैं। राज्य सरकार पारदर्शिता के साथ विकल्प रहित संकल्प के साथ कार्य कर रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हम अपने हर वादे को पूरा करने में जुटे हैं। हमारी सरकार ने उत्तराखंड राज्य के लिए ’यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड’ का ड्राफ्ट तैयार करने हेतु कमेटी का गठन करा है, जो की जल्द ही अपनी रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करेगी। इस यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड का दायरा सभी नागरिकों के लिये समान क़ानून चाहे वे किसी भी धर्म में विश्वास रखते हों, होगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के 08 वर्ष के कार्यकाल में उत्तराखण्ड के लिये सवा लाख करोड़ रूपए से अधिक की विभिन्न परियोजनाएं प्रदेश के लिए स्वीकृत हुई हैं। इनमें बहुत सी योजनाओं पर काम तेजी से हो गया है या चल रहा है। श्री केदारपुरी का पुनर्निर्माण आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के विजन, नेतृत्व एवं संकल्प का सर्वश्रेष्ठ उदाहरण है। बद्रीनाथ धाम के मास्टर प्लान पर भी काम हो रहा है। 16,216 करोड़ रूपए की 125 किमी लम्बी ऋषिकेश-कर्णप्रयाग रेल परियोजना पर तेजी से काम चल रहा है। परियोजना को 2024-25 तक पूरा करने का लक्ष्य है। देहरादून दिल्ली एलेवेटेड रोड बनने के बाद यह दूरी 02 घंटे में पूरी की जायेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पिछले दो वर्षों में हमने प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व में कोरोना महामारी का डटकर मुकाबला किया, वहीं विकास की गति को भी आगे बढ़ाया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री के कुशल नेतृत्व का ही परिणाम है कोरोना के समय में जब विश्व के अधिकांश देशों की अर्थव्यवस्था चरमरा गई उस समय भी प्रधानमंत्री के नेतृत्व में संपूर्ण देशवासियों ने साथ मिलकर महामारी पर विजय पाई है। आजादी के बाद पहली बार प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के लिए पाँच लाख रुपए तक का निशुल्क इलाज आयुष्मान योजना के ज़रिए दिया जा था जा रहा है। आज प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व में भारत आज निर्यात में भी अपनी पहचान बना रहा है। स्किल इंडिया स्टार्टअप इंडिया से जुडने का अवसर मिला है। समाज के अन्तिम पंक्ति में खड़े व्यक्ति तक विकास योजनाओं का लाभ पहुचाना हमारा लक्ष्य है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि चारधाम सड़क बेहतर होने से यहा आने वाले यात्रियों की संख्या बढ़ी है। अब तक 34 लाख लोग यात्रा पर आ चुके है। कांवड़ यात्रा भी शुरू होने वाली है। उसमें भी करोड़ो लोग यहां आयेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि यहां आने वाले यात्री वृक्षारोपण में भी सहयोगी बन सकते है। यह उनका पर्यावरण संरक्षण में योगदान होगा।
