मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी आज हरिद्वार में आयोजित अंतरराष्ट्रीय संस्कृत सम्मेलन में शामिल हुए। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने संस्कृत भाषा के उत्थान व विकास के लिए एक उच्च स्तरीय आयोग गठित करने की महत्वपूर्ण घोषणा की। मुख्यमंत्री ने इसे भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा को वैश्विक पटल पर स्थापित करने की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम बताया।

“संस्कृत केवल भाषा नहीं, हमारी संस्कृति और विज्ञान की आधारशिला”

सम्मेलन में उपस्थित अतिथियों एवं विश्वभर से आए विद्वानों को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि “भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा: वैश्विक ज्ञान के विकास में संस्कृत का योगदान” जैसे विषय पर आयोजित यह सम्मेलन भारतीय सभ्यता की गौरवशाली जड़ों को दुनिया के सामने मजबूत रूप से प्रस्तुत करता है।

उन्होंने बताया कि संस्कृत उनके लिए हमेशा प्रेरणा का विषय रही है। विद्यालयी शिक्षा के दौरान कक्षा 9 तक संस्कृत पढ़ने के अनुभव साझा करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि संस्कृत भाषा की मधुरता और उसके श्लोक आज भी उनके स्मरण में हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि संस्कृत वेद, पुराण, उपनिषद, आयुर्वेद, योग, दर्शन, गणित, साहित्य, विज्ञान और खगोलशास्त्र जैसी महान परंपराओं की जननी है। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि विश्व की अनेक भाषाओं की जड़ें संस्कृत से जुड़ी हैं।

प्राचीन विश्वविद्यालयों और महान विद्वानों का योगदान

मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने तक्षशिला, नालंदा, विक्रमशिला और वल्लभी जैसे प्राचीन विश्वविद्यालयों का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि यही संस्थान दुनिया भर में संस्कृत आधारित ज्ञान का प्रसार करते थे। इनसे चरक, सुश्रुत, आर्यभट्ट, भास्कराचार्य, चाणक्य, ब्रह्मगुप्त और पाणिनि जैसे महान विद्वान निकले, जिन्होंने भारतीय और वैश्विक ज्ञान परंपरा को समृद्ध किया।

नई शिक्षा नीति और आधुनिक टेक्नोलॉजी से संस्कृत को बढ़ावा

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में संस्कृत के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए देश में कई महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाए गए हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में संस्कृत को द्वितीय राजभाषा का दर्जा देना हमारी परंपरा का सम्मान है। उन्होंने संस्कृत शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए चल रही योजनाएँ भी बताईं—

उन्होंने बताया कि उत्तराखंड संस्कृत अकादमी लगातार अखिल भारतीय शोध सम्मेलन, वेद सम्मेलन, ज्योतिष सम्मेलन, शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण कार्यशालाएँ तथा छात्र प्रतियोगिताएँ आयोजित कर रही है।

हर जनपद में बनेगा आदर्श संस्कृत ग्राम

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में हर जनपद में आदर्श संस्कृत ग्राम स्थापित करने का संकल्प लिया गया है, ताकि देववाणी संस्कृत को जन-जन तक पहुँचाया जा सके। साथ ही संस्कृत विद्यार्थियों के शोध, सरकारी सहायता और रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ाए जा रहे हैं।
