कैबिनेट के प्रमुख निर्णय:
धर्मांतरण एक्ट में संशोधन पर मुहर, कड़े प्रविधान किए।
जमरानी बांध प्रभावितों को वर्ष 2013 की पुनर्वास नीति के अनुसार मुआवजा मिलेगा।
हाइकोर्ट को नैनीताल से हल्द्वानी स्थानांतरित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है।
पशुपालकों को राहत, भूसा और साइलेज पर सब्सिडी बढ़ाकर क्रमशः 50 प्रतिशत व 75 प्रतिशत की गई।
कौशल विकास योजना के अंतर्गत रोजगार देने वाली कंपनियों को चार चरणों में अंशदान का भुगतान किया जाएगा।

बैठक में भर्ती परीक्षा घोटाले को देखते हुए नकल पर सख्ती बरतने के लिए अधिनियम के लिए विधेयक के मसौदे, महिलाओं को 33 प्रतिशत आरक्षण के संबंध में विधेयक, नर्सिंग भर्ती नियमावली, क्लीनिकल इस्टेब्लिशमेंट एक्ट के साथ ही शहरी विकास व आवास, शिक्षा से संबंधित मामलों में चर्चा हुई।
शीतकालीन सत्र 29 से, अधिसूचना जारी:
उत्तराखंड विधानसभा का शीतकालीन सत्र 29 नवंबर से देहरादून में शुरू होगा। राजभवन से हरी झंडी मिलने के बाद विधानसभा सचिवालय ने इसकी अधिसूचना जारी कर दी।
विधायी विभाग ने हाल में 29 नवंबर से 5 दिसंबर तक शीतकालीन सत्र देहरादून में आयोजित करने का प्रस्ताव विधानसभा को भेजा था। विधानसभा सचिवालय ने इसे अनुमोदन के लिए राजभवन भेज दिया था। राजभवन से अनुमोदन मिलने के बाद विधानसभा सचिवालय ने सत्र की अधिसूचना जारी कर दी।
विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने उपराष्ट्रपति से की मुलाकात:
विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ऋतु खंडूड़ी भूषण ने दिल्ली प्रवास के दौरान मंगलवार को उपराष्ट्रपति निवास जाकर उपराष्ट्रपति जगदीप धनखड़ से मुलाकात की। विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने उपराष्ट्रपति को शुभकामनाएं देने के साथ ही केदारनाथ धाम की प्रतिकृति भेंट की।
सम-सामयिक विषयों पर हुई चर्चा:
इस दौरान सम-सामयिक विषयों पर चर्चा हुई। उपराष्ट्रपति ने विधानसभा अध्यक्ष से विधानसभा सत्र के संचालन से संबंधित विषयों पर भी चर्चा की। साथ ही विधानसभा अध्यक्ष के पद पर रहते हुए उच्च संसदीय आदर्शों व परंपराओं का निर्वहन करने के लिए शुभकामनाएं दीं।
