मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की अध्यक्षता में सचिवालय में राज्य समेकित सहकारी विकास परियोजना के सबंध में गठित राज्य स्तरीय मार्गदर्शक समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में कैबिनेट मंत्री प्रेम चंद अग्रवाल, डॉ. धन सिंह रावत एवं सौरभ बहुगुणा भी उपस्थित रहे।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि सहकारिताओं के सर्वांगीण विकास, ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से पलायन को रोकने, ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रोजगार सृजन एवं किसानों की आय बढ़ाने के लिए सहकारिता मंत्रालय भारत सरकार द्वारा राज्य समेकित सहकारी विकास परियोजना हेतु स्वीकृत धनराशि का बेहतर उपयोग हो, इस दिशा में विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। राज्य में वोकल फॉर लोकल को तेजी से बढ़ावा दिया जाए। स्थानीय एवं डेयरी उत्पादों की ब्रांडिंग एवं मार्केटिंग पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि स्थानीय उत्पादों की मांग के सापेक्ष उनकी पूर्ण उपलब्धता हो, इस दिशा में प्रयास किये जाए। इसके अधीन संचालित योजनाओं के माध्यम से राज्य में अधिक से अधिक लोग स्वरोजगार से जुड़ सकें, इसके लिए यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि विभागीय योजनाओं का लाभ आम जन तक पहुंचे। इस संबंध में सभी विभागों को आपसी समन्वय से कार्य करने के भी निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री ने दिये। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जिस क्षेत्र में जिन उत्पादों का उत्पादन अधिक हो सकता है, इसका आंकलन कर लोगों को ऐसे उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्रेरित भी किया जाए। यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि विभिन्न योजनाओं के लिए आम जन को ऋण आसानी से उपलब्ध हो। किसानों और पशुपालकों को ऐसे उत्पादों के प्रति जागरूक किया जाए, जिनके उत्पादन से वे अधिक लाभ प्राप्त कर सकें। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह बैठक हर 06 माह में आयोजित की जाए।
कैबिनेट मंत्री प्रेम चंद अग्रवाल ने कहा कि राज्य समेकित सहकारी विकास परियोजना के अन्तर्गत केन्द्र सरकार से प्राप्त धनराशि से सहकारिताओं के विकास एवं कृषकों एवं पशुपालकों के हितों के लिए और तेजी से कार्य किये जाएं। जनता की मांग के अनुरूप हमें उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देना होगा।
कैबिनेट मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने कहा कि बंजर जमीनों को उपजाऊ बनाने के लिए पैक्स के माध्यम से ऐसी जमीन लीज पर लेकर कार्य किये जा रहे हैं। सहकारिता के माध्यम से हरे मक्के की खेती एवं साइलेज उत्पादन, बेमौसमी सब्जियों, मसालों एवं मोटे अनाजों के उत्पादन पर ध्यान दिया जा रहा है। इनके संग्रहण एवं एकत्रीकरण केन्द्रों की स्थापना भी की जा रही हैं।
कैबिनेट मंत्री सौरभ बहुगुणा ने कहा कि मुर्गी पालन एवं मत्स्य पालन के क्षेत्र में किसानों की आय में अच्छी वृद्धि हो रही है। राज्य में गोट वैली की शुरुआत भी की गई है। देहरादून, उत्तरकाशी, हरिद्वार एवं टिहरी में दुग्ध उत्पाद सेवा केन्द्रों के माध्यम से दुग्ध उत्पादकों को अच्छा फायदा हो रहा है। राज्य में ट्राउट मछली का उत्पादन भी तेजी से बढ़ा है, इसे मत्स्य पालकों की आय में वृद्धि हुई है। उन्होंने कहा कि पशुपालन क्षेत्र में राज्य में अनेक संभावनाएं हैं, लोगों को केन्द्र एवं राज्य सरकार की योजनाओं का अधिक से अधिक लाभ मिल सके, इसके लिए विभागीय स्तर पर समेकित प्रयासों की भी उन्होंने जरूरत बताई।
बैठक में अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी, सचिव आर. मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, बी.वी.आर.सी पुरुषोत्तम, एस. एन. पाण्डेय एवं संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
