मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने उत्तरकाशी जिले में कनेक्टिविटी बढ़ाने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश दिए हैं। यमुनोत्री विधानसभा क्षेत्र की मांग पर बड़कोट-चिन्यालीसौड़ में हेली सेवा और उत्तरकाशी से चिन्यालीसौड़ होते हुए चंडीगढ़ तक नियमित रोडवेज बस सेवा शुरू होगी। यह कदम पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देगा, आपदा में सहायता करेगा और पीजीआई चंडीगढ़ जाने वाले मरीजों को राहत देगा, साथ ही रिवर्स पलायन को भी प्रोत्साहित करेगा।
उत्तरकाशी जिले से हेली सेवाओं एवं परिवहन के मोर्चे पर सरकार ने बड़ा कदम उठाया है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने यमुनोत्री विधानसभा क्षेत्र की जनता की मांगें मानते हुए बड़कोट-चिन्यालीसौड़ में हेली सेवा शुरू करने और उत्तरकाशी से चिन्यालीसौड़ होते हुए चंडीगढ़ तक नियमित रोडवेज बस संचालन के निर्देश दिए हैं।
भाजपा के प्रदेश मीडिया प्रभारी मनवीर सिंह चौहान के नेतृत्व में सोमवार को यमुनोत्री विधानसभा क्षेत्र के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने मुख्यमंत्री से मुलाकात कर दोनों मांगों को लेकर ज्ञापन सौंपा।
इसका संज्ञान लेते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने नागरिक उड्डयन और परिवहन सचिव को आवश्यक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।
इस दौरान प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने बड़कोट हेलीपैड की चहारदीवारी एवं सड़क डामरीकरण के लिए 1.88 करोड़ रुपये की स्वीकृति पर मुख्यमंत्री का आभार जताया। उन्होंने कहा कि हेली सेवा शुरू होने से क्षेत्र में पर्यटन गतिविधियों में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि होगी।
साथ ही किसी आपदा की स्थिति में या गंभीर मरीजों की आपातकालीन शिफ्टिंग के लिए यह सेवा बेहद उपयोगी साबित होगी। भाजपा प्रदेश मीडिया प्रभारी ने बताया कि वर्तमान में बस सेवा के अभाव में पहाड़ी क्षेत्र के निवासियों को कई परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है, विशेषकर पीजीआइ चंडीगढ़ में इलाज के लिए जाने वाले मरीजों को काफी लंबा सफर तय करना पड़ता है।
