उत्तराखंड में राज्य स्थापना दिवस और रजत जयंती समारोह के कारण बसों की कमी रहेगी। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के कार्यक्रम के लिए 400 बसें उपलब्ध रहेंगी, जबकि 170 रिजर्व में रहेंगी। पर्वतीय और मैदानी रूटों पर बसों का संकट रहेगा, क्योंकि प्रदेशभर से लोग कार्यक्रम में भाग लेंगे। रोडवेज के पास 1385 बसें हैं, जिनमें से 815 ही चल पाएंगी। देहरादून मंडल से 230 बसें कार्यक्रम में रहेंगी, जिससे शहर में भी बसों की कमी होगी।
राज्य स्थापना दिवस एवं रजत जयंती पर मैदान एवं पर्वतीय मार्गों पर बसों का संकट रहेगा। रजत जयंती में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम में कार्यकर्ता एवं आमजन बढ़ी संख्या में हिस्सा लेंगे। ऐसे में उत्तराखंड परिवहन निगम की 400 बसें सेवा में उपलब्ध रहेगी। इसके अलावा 170 बसों को रिजर्व में रखा जाएगा। मंडल से बसों को उपलब्ध कराने को लेकर रोडवेज महाप्रबंधक (संचालन) क्रांति सिंह ने आदेश जारी कर दिए हैं।
दरअसल, राज्य स्थापना दिवस एवं रजत जयंती पर आठ एवं नौ नवंबर को विभिन्न कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे। ऐसे में पर्वतीय एवं मैदानी रूटों पर बसों का संकट रहेगा। प्रदेशभर से कार्यकर्ता एवं आमजन कार्यक्रम में बड़ी संख्या में हिस्सा लेंगे। कार्यक्रम में लाने ले जाने के लिए रोडवेज की बसें उपलब्ध रहेगी। रोडवेज के पास कुल बसों की संख्या 1385 हैं। जिसमें से 497 अनुबंधित बसें हैं। दो दिवसीय कार्यक्रम के दौरान विभिन्न रूटों पर 815 बसें ही संचालित हो पाएगी। बसों के संचालन को लेकर मंडल के सामने चुनौतियां रहेगी।
सबसे ज्यादा बसें प्रतिदिन 400 दिल्ली रूट पर संचालित की जाती है। जिसमें से देहरादून से दिल्ली रूट पर 100 बसें संचालित की जाती है। लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री के प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम के बाद सभी मंडल को सात नवंबर तक बसें उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश महाप्रबंधक ने जारी किए हैं। तकनीकी विभाग को बसों को उपलब्ध कराने से पहले तकनीकी खामियां का परीक्षण करने के आदेश दिए गए हैं। जिससे बसों के संचालन में चालक-परिचालक को परेशानियों का सामना न करना पड़े।
शहर में भी रहेगा बसों का संकट
उत्तराखंड परिवहन निगम की देहरादून मंडल से सबसे ज्यादा 230 बसें रजत जयंती कार्यक्रम में उपलब्ध रहेगी। स्कूल, कालेज, सिटी बसें भी दो दिवसीय सेवा में रहेगी। ऐसे में शहर में सवारियों को अलग-अलग गंत्वय जाने के लिए परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ेगा।
