निवर्तमान विधायक व भाजपा प्रत्याशी शक्तिलाल शाह पर पूर्व में धर्मपरिवर्तन व ईसाई धर्म अपनाने का आरोप लगाया गया था। जिसके जबाव में भाजपा प्रत्याशी शक्तिलाल शाह ने टिहरी में एक प्रेसवार्ता कर आरोपों का खंडन करते हुए कोर्ट जाने की बात कही थी।
लेकिन आज तक न तो वह कोर्ट गए और ना ही उन्होंने सत्ताधारी विधायक होते हुए भी उक्त लोगों के खिलाफ कोई कार्यवाही करवाई। जिससे प्रतीत होता है कि दाल में कुछ तो काला है।
खेर हम तो यही कहेंगे कि भारत एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष देश है, यदि किसी ने धर्म बदला भी है तो उसे स्वीकार करने में कोई हिचक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
वहीं बाकी देखने वाली बात यह कि अब एक समाचार पत्र का स्क्रीन शॉट जिसमे धर्मपरिवर्तन को लेकर भाजपा प्रत्याशी शक्तिलाल की प्रेसवार्ता के बारे में है, तेजी से सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहा है। उसका देवभूमि के घनसाली विधानसभा चुनाव में क्या असर पड़ेगा यह तो आने वाला वक्त ही बताएगा।
