Air Force exercise at Chinyalisaur Airport in Uttarkashi उत्तराखंड के उत्तरकाशी जिले में स्थित चिन्यालीसौड़ हवाई अड्डे पर रौनक बढ़ने वाली है. पहली अप्रैल से वायुसेना के विमान यहां लैंडिंग और टेक ऑफ का अभ्यास करने वाले हैं. दो चरण में दस दिन चलने वाले इस अभ्यास में पहली बार उत्तर प्रदेश के गोरखपुर एयरबेस से विमान पहुंचेंगे. आगरा एयरबेस से भी 7 पायलट विमानों के साथ चिन्यालीसौड़ा पहुंचेंगे.

सोमवार को अभ्यास के तहत पहले दिन हवाई अड्डे पर वायुसेना के परिवहन विमान सी-295 ने दो बार सफल लैंडिंग की। सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार यह सैन्य अभ्यास चार से पांच दिनों तक चलेगा।
बता दें कि सामरिक दृष्टि से महत्वपूर्ण होने के चलते चिन्यालीसौड़ हवाई अड्डे पर वायुसेना समय-समय पर अपने विमानों की लैंडिंग व टेक-आफ का अभ्यास करती रहती है। इसी क्रम में सोमवार को वायुसेना ने यहां कड़े सुरक्षा इंतजामों के बीच अपना अभ्यास शुरू किया है।
जानकारी के अनुसार इस अभ्यास के तहत परिवहन विमान सी-295 ने पहला चक्कर दोपहर 3:20 बजे हवाई पट्टी पर पहुंचकर पूरा किया, जबकि दूसरा चक्कर 3:50 बजे संपन्न हुआ।
माना जा रहा है कि यह अभ्यास सीमावर्ती एवं पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में आपातकालीन स्थितियों से निपटने के लिए किया जा रहा है, जिससे विपरीत परिस्थितियों में वायुसेना पूरी क्षमता व मजबूती के साथ काम कर सके।
